We support adults who have experienced or are at risk of homelessness and who may also need to overcome a dependence on addictive substances.

We deliver support to disadvantaged people in our communities, many who have complex needs. This includes domestic abuse services.

We also encourage peer support as much as possible, where mutual support and a shared journey empowers people to make the changes and learn together.

We know that people with mental health needs can and do recover – this belief is crucial to how we deliver supported housing and care.

Our flexible and varied range of services providing disability support include supported housing and supported housing with care.

We support young people aged between 16 and 25 by encouraging them to focus on their strengths and build positive support networks.
